KleenFind has two agreements: one for customers who book cleaning, and one for the independent cleaners and cleaning companies who perform it. Read the one that applies to you.

KleenFind is a marketplace that introduces customers to independent cleaning professionals. We are not a cleaning company and do not perform the services booked here. Every engagement is a direct contract between the customer and the provider.
Cancellation policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before the scheduled start at no charge. Inside 6 hours — or if the cleaner can't get access on arrival — the visit counts as a late cancellation and may be charged.
Providers are held to the same notice. Repeated late cancellations by either side may lead to account suspension.
Acceptable use
No fraudulent listings, harassment, discrimination, scraping, or attempts to circumvent platform security. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
As the platform adds features such as payments and contracts, these terms will be updated and you will be notified. Last updated August 16, 2026. These documents are templates for your review and are not legal advice.
